Univariate analysis revealed that serum HE4 ≥ 320 pmol/L (HR: 4.056, 95% CI: 1.944-8.465, p<0.001), serum CA125 ≥ 490 U/mL (HR: 2.329, 95% CI: 1.593-3.403, p<0.001), serum D-dimer ≥ 1.69 mg/L (HR: 1.611, 95% CI: 1.109-2.341, p =0.012), ICD index > 0.5 (HR: 2.841, 95% CI: 1.917-4.129, p<0.001) and FIGO stage (HR: 2.901, 95% CI: 1.288-6.534, p=0.009) were independent risk factors for LNM in ovarian cancers (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene MUC16 and ovarian cancer.
