Figure 5(a) regarding overall survival shows that TYK2 presents a significant prognostic value in ACC, CESC, and HNSC. The increased expression of TYK2 gene indicated a better overall survival outcome in CESC and HSNC, while the increased expression of TYK2 gene indicated a worse overall survival outcome in ACC.  Figure 5(b) regarding disease-free survival shows that TYK2 presents a significant prognostic value in ACC, LAML, PAAD, and PRAD. The gene discussed is TYK2; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
