Antibody levels to each of the parasite isolates except NF54(ICAM1/CD36), overall antibody breadth, binding inhibition levels and anti-schizont antibodies were all significantly associated with reduced risk of the endpoint of a PCR detectable infection in univariable analysis (Table 1).
