We found that CD20+ B cells tended to be located in the center of the follicle, whereas CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, and CD11c+ DCs were primarily located in the parafollicular zone (Figure 2A–E), indicating that the cellular composition of TLSs in ESCC is consistent with previous results reported in other tumors [14]. Here, CD4 is linked to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
