The results showed that, basically consistent with the previous results, the CCL5 expression was positively correlated with the cellular abundance of CD8+ T cells (r = 0.885) and NK cells (r = 0.716), and the expression of CCR1 was associated with activated DCs (r = 0.708) and macrophages (r = 0.754), indicating that the CCL5/CCR1 ligand-receptor pair may play a key role in the interaction of CD8+ T cells with DCs and macrophages in the tumor microenvironment as well as the interaction of NK cells with DCs and macrophages. Here, CD8A is linked to neoplasm.
