Our results showed that CAPN2 knockdown can inhibit canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling in PC cells, which was confirmed by the decreased levels of β-catenin and target proteins of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway, including p-GSK-3β, Wnt2, Slug, Snail, and TWIST proteins. Here, SNAI1 is linked to pachyonychia congenita.
