Moreover, this study used Hb, ALB, and upper arm circumference to assess the nutritional status of children and found that after the intervention, the nutritional status of the children in the three groups was markedly enhanced compared with that before the intervention, with better results observed in the combination group, indicating that targeted nutritional intervention and appropriate vitamin D administration contributes to optimizing the nutritional supply of children and effectively reducing the incidence of nutritional disorders.
