In the IPA results of NSC lung cancer-MSCs, it was found that some highly expressed nuclear proteins such as POLR2A, CBX8, SMURF2, AQR, PARP, TNC, ACTN4, RNF40, EGFR, CLIC4, are related with DNA damage, cell proliferation, apoptosis, and migration, which are the characteristics of cancer stem cells. This evidence concerns the gene PARP1 and cancer.
