lncRNA MALAT1 has been shown to be highly expressed in many other human cancers, including but not limited to, lung cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostatic cancer, cervical carcinoma, endometrial cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, sarcoma, colorectal cancer, bladder cancer, cerebral cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, multiple myeloma, and lymphoma [20]. This evidence concerns the gene MALAT1 and lung carcinoma.
