MALAT1 and hepatocellular carcinoma: The results showed that the invasiveness of HCC cells decreased in the lncR-inhibitor group compared with the inhibitor-NC group (Fig. 6B, P < 0.001), and that of HCC cells in the lncR/miR613-inhibitor group increased compared with that of the lncR-inhibitor group (Fig. 6B, P < 0.001), suggesting that lncRNA MALAT1 can promote the metastasis of HCC through peripheral vascular infiltration by inhibiting miRNA-613 expression in HCC cells.
