The result of Fig. 3d showed that the cases who had altered CKMT1A appeared more bad prognosis in overall survival (P = 3.544e−3), but not progression-free survival (P = 0.996), compared with cases without CKMT1A alteration in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. The gene discussed is CKMT1A; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
