According to the results from the Kaplan–Meier plotter tool, we found a correlation between high expression CKMT1A and poor FP (First progression) (P < 0.001), OS (P < 0.001) and PPS (Post-progression survival) (P = 0.01) prognosis for lung cancer and poor RFS (Relapse-free survival), OS, DMFS (Distant metastasis-free survival) and PPS prognosis (all P < 0.05) for breast cancer cases (Additional file 1 Fig. S2). This evidence concerns the gene CKMT1A and lung carcinoma.
