The mean AL in individuals with TYR-associated albinism (n = 25; mean AL ± SD, 22.55 ± 2.30 mm) was significantly shorter than for those with OCA2-associated albinism (n = 17; mean AL ± SD, 23.99 ± 1.85 mm) in a simple t-test (P = 0.038). This evidence concerns the gene OCA2 and albinism.
