Various studies have shown that cases presenting with an excessive expression of HSPA-2 had higher pN rates and thus a worse prognosis.12,23 In their in vivo study using a mouse model, Garg et al8 considered the matter from a different point of view and stated that tumor growth was reduced by 75% with HSPA-2 inhibition in rats and they argued that HSPA-2 expression was related to cellular motility and growth, playing a role in cancer spread during early stages.
