The frequency of clinical stroke ranged from 22% to 52% for 6 of 7 genes (COL4A2, 22% [9/41]; HTRA1HomZ, 30% [13/44]; ADA2, 33% [115/346]; COL4A1, 41% [161/390]; CTSA, 50% [7/14]; HTRA1HetZ, 52% [43/82]), while only 9% (11/123) of TREX1 individuals were reported to have suffered a clinical stroke. This evidence concerns the gene COL4A2 and stroke disorder.
