Studies by Xianjun Y [20] found that CA125 was a potential biomarker in Lewis-negative patient with pancreatic cancer, and studies by Chan A et al. [25] found integrating CA125, CA19–9, and LAMC2 in one panel could improve the detection ability of CA19–9, implying CA125 could serve as a supplement for CA19–9 in pancreatic cancer monitoring.
