In our present study, we found that advanced EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients with PD-L1 < 50% experienced a longer PFS than those with PD-L1≧50% (26.5 versus 9.7 months, respectively, aHR 0.19 (95% CI, 0.06 to 0.67); p = 0.009). Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
