CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Of the 99 NSCLC specimens evaluated, 100% of the tissue cohort exhibited appropriate macrophage and lymphocyte recognition (i.e., ability of algorithm to accurately identify objects as macrophages and lymphocytes only when they correspond to true immune cells in ≥ 90% of the cells evaluated and accurately classify PD-L1 negative immune cells as negative [false positive rate ≤ 10%]) when assessed by the pathologist.
