Overexpresssion of YTHDF2 promotes proliferation, inhibits apoptosis, decreases the arrest of the G0/G1 stage and desensitises ICC cells to cisplatin, which is dependent on the degradation of cyclin‐dependent kinase inhibitor 1B (CDKN1B) mRNA in an m6A‐dependent manner. Here, CDKN1B is linked to intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
