In conclusion, our findings demonstrate that overexpression of YTHDF2 promotes proliferation, inhibits apoptosis, decreases the arrest of the G0/G1 stage and desensitises ICC cells to cisplatin, which is dependent on the degradation of CDKN1B mRNA in an m6A‐dependent manner. The gene discussed is YTHDF2; the disease is intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
