SOAT1 and autoimmune disease: Subsequently, studies on other autoimmune diseases on the JAK-STAT pathway and the development of targets have gradually increased, and a large amount of experimental data as well as clinical evidence support the possibility of developing immunosuppressive agents on this pathway, and clinical trials for some other indications, such as graft-versus-host rejection, transplantation, asthma, and lupus (Dowty et al., 2014; Okiyama et al., 2014; Furumoto et al., 2017), have been successfully conducted and obtained satisfactory results.
