In our study, the high-risk group has a higher proportion of M2 type macrophages, NK resting cells, and Mast resting cells, all of which are associated with a worse prognosis; while the low-risk group has a higher proportion of Macrophages M1, T cells CD4 memory activated, and T cells follicular helper, all the three types of cells were associated with a better prognosis in melanoma patients. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and melanoma.
