It was found that MSLN was co-expressed with a variety of proteins, including MUC16, HLA-DRB1, PSCA, MUC1, FOLR1, CEACAM5, CALB2, WT1, TNFRSF9, etc. The results may provide new insights for the discovery of new bio-related markers for ovarian cancer.
