The result showed that the expression level of tRF-23-Q99P9P9NDD was significantly associated with T stage (P = 0.007), lymph node metastasis (P = 0.001), TNM stage (P < 0.0001), and nerve/vascular invasion (P = 0.026), but showed no significant differences with other parameters (sex, age, tumor size, differentiation grade, Lauren classification, C-erbB-2, and MMR) (Table 2), suggesting that the high expression of tRF-23-Q99P9P9NDD may have potential value in predicting the malignancy progression of tumors. This evidence concerns the gene MRC1 and neoplasm.
