When looking at tumors with aberrant YAP1 activation (TEAD-activity score higher than the 90th percentile) for which a genetic link cannot always be provided, the list of indications is even longer and the examples include lung, liver, skin, pancreas, breast, uterus, prostate, head and neck cancers and gliomas (reviewed in [9, 46]). The gene discussed is YAP1; the disease is head and neck cancer.
