Six-tenths of the cotreated mice achieved a CR for the virus-injected tumor, and 4/10 of the cotreated mice achieved a CR for the distant tumors, while only 1/10 of YST-OVH-treated mice achieved a CR for the virus-injected tumors, and none of the mice treated with anti-CTLA-4 therapy or vehicle achieved a CR or partial response (PR). This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and neoplasm.
