We again confirmed known mechanisms of action for vascular targeting agents DC101 and anti-Dll4; anti-Dll4 increased sprouting predominantly from blood vessels close to the tumor periphery, thereby leading to the formation of loops (see orange/red/brown colored sectors in Fig. 4A, iii), whereas DC101 reduced the number of loops across the entire vessel network (see blue colored sectors in Fig. 4A, iii).
