For this purpose, we used the TaqMan one-step RT-qPCR method toentify the prevalence of the ETV6::RUNX1 (10.5%), TCF3::PBX1 (7.7%), KMT2A::AFF1 (2.8%), and BCR::ABL1p190 (3.6%) fusion genes and their association with early mortality in patients with B- ALL. This evidence concerns the gene KMT2A and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
