In addition to the low prevalence of ETV6::RUNX1 (6.9–14.9%) in México, in comparison to those reported in Caucasian populations (25%), the high prevalence of TCF3::PBX1 (11.5%) has also been detected, which supports the existence of ethnic differences in the frequency of molecular markers of ALL (19). Here, RUNX1 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
