In subgroup analyses, diabetes was found to be associated with GnRH agonists (RR 1.45, 95% CI 1.36–1.54; p < 0.001), GnRH agonists + antiandrogens (RR 1.40, 95% CI 1.01–1.93; p=0.04), and orchiectomy (RR 1.34, 95% CI 1.20–1.50; p < 0.001), but not with antiandrogens alone (RR 1.33, 95% CI 0.75–2.36; p=0.33).
