We further constructed the Kisspeptin neuron-specific glucocorticoid receptor knockout mice (Kisspeptin specific glucocorticoid receptor knock out, KGRKO) undergo CRS which helps to reveal the role of stress in regulating energy metabolism and reproductive function through the central nervous system, to further elucidate the interaction mechanism between HPA and HPG axis and the relationship between stress-induced hypercortisolemia and reproductive diseases. The gene discussed is KISS1; the disease is congenital rubella syndrome.
