When we used EA-Tool to compare the vascular density in FH- ApoE ɛ4- HBP- with: (i) FH+ ApoE ɛ4- HBP-, the second group showed statistically significantly higher superficial vascular density in the C1H10 (p < 0.05); (ii) FH+ ApoE ɛ4- HBP+, the second group showed statistically significantly lower deep vascular density in the C1H8 (p < 0.05); (iii) FH+ ApoE ɛ4+ HBP+, the second group showed statistically significantly higher superficial vascular density in the C1H5 (p < 0.05) (Table 3). Here, APOE is linked to familial hyperaldosteronism.
