GAA and myeloid leukemia: We next investigated the behaviour of the murine GAA chimeras in K562 (myelogenous leukaemia—lymphoblast) Meg-01 (myelogenous leukaemia—megakaryoblast) and SJCRH30 (rhabdomyosarcoma—muscle cells) human cell lines in order to determine potential cross-functions of the different mouse-derived domains (IFLG, IFG and 2G) in human cells.
