GO conjugated with Au@Ag and Fe3O4 NPs, facilitating it with surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopic (SERS) tracking and magnetic targeting abilities, was able to covalently bind to the anti-HER2 antibody, enabling both active and passive targeting of SKBR3 cells (human breast cancer cells expressed with HER2), was used for co-delivery of DOX and 9-aminoacridine.
