miR-202 also regulated the expression of BAFF in bone marrow stromal cells, where over-expression of miR-202 in BMSCs rendered them more sensitive to Bortezomib; the JNK/SAPK signaling pathway was involved in the regulatory effect of miR-202 on drug resistance of MM cells which was attributed to the inhibitory effect of miR-202 on BAFF expression and downregulation of the JNK/SAPK signaling pathway [79]. The gene discussed is TNFSF13B; the disease is Miyoshi myopathy.
