In agreement, a lower expression of miR-202 and high expression of KCNK15 and WISP2 antisense RNA 1 (KCNK15-AS1) in fresh lung adenocarcinoma samples was associated with poor prognosis, while silencing of KCNK15-AS1 inhibited lung cancer cell proliferation via upregulation of miR-370 and miR-202 [48]. This evidence concerns the gene KCNK15 and lung cancer.
