CD40LG and toxoplasmosis: Three indicators, IgG, IgM and qPCR, were used to analyze toxoplasmosis and neosporosis in 352 sera and 128 non-corresponding feces in which 248 (51.7%) samples were positive for at least one indicator, and 38 (7.9%), 111 (23.1%), and 1 (0.2%) samples were coinfected with T. gondii and N. caninum using IgG, IgM, and qPCR detection, respectively (Table 3).
