The cytokine concentrations, especially TNF-α and IFN-γ, were significantly higher in the 118–126 peptide-stimulated T cell groups compared with non-stimulated groups (p < 0.001) (Figure 2D–I), demonstrating that Claudin18.2 peptide-stimulated T cells had stronger anti-tumor ability in vitro.
