The most common primary malignancy in this cohort was lung cancer (33.3%; 22/66); 84.8% (56/66) of patients received anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment only, 3% (2/66) received anti-CTLA-4 treatment only, and 12.1% (8/66) received both. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and lung carcinoma.
