Similarly, patients with high CRC CBX8 protein levels (IHC score ≥ 3.5, i.e., the upper quartile level) also demonstrated significantly shorter DFS (1002 vs. 1582 days, p = 0.042) and OS (1150 vs. 1658 days, p = 0.036) when compared to the low CRC CBX group (IHC score ≤ 1.5, i.e., the lower quartile level). Here, CBX8 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
