The probability of the existence of coronary lesions according to the best model obtained from the studied sample was possible to calculate using the equation ln (Odds of lesion) = − 18.56 + 0.032 × CT—0.067 × G-CSF–3.788 × sex + 0.1923 × age + 2.372 × diabetes + 1.696 × high blood pressure − 2.425 × hypercholesterolemia + 7.357 × smoking habit − 1.209 × obesity. The gene discussed is CSF3; the disease is diabetes mellitus.
