The next significant event in the evolutionary history of this tumor sample is the branching of the trunk that divides the cells into two distinct subgroups, the smaller one (left of the tree in Fig. 4A) characterized by unique NTRK3 gene CN change, and the more abundant (on the right of the tree in Fig. 4A), distinguished by unique FLNA, IRS4, and ZMYM3 CN changes (with inferred CN equal to one).
