SEMA4B and cancer: Meanwhile, we found SEMA4B expression might be also associated with other tumor-infiltrating immune cells as shown in sfig. 2A. Specifically, it might be negatively correlated with enrichment of CD8+ cytotoxic T cell (CTL) and B cell, while positively with infiltration of immunosuppressive TAMs and cancer-associated fibroblast (sFig. 2B).
