The flow cytometry assay suggested that the proportion of CD4+, CD25+, FOXP3+ T-reg cells in the shSEMA4B group were significantly lower than the shCtrl group, and SEMA4B downregulation were positively associated with decreased infiltration of CD11b+, Gr1+ MDSCs (Fig. 5B and C), suggesting their interplay with T cell infiltration and tumor progression. The gene discussed is SEMA4B; the disease is neoplasm.
