The sialyltransferase ST6GAL1, mediating the α2,6-sialylation of N-glycans, is prominently associated with human cancers, including ovarian, prostate, pancreatic, colon, lung, colorectal, pancreatic, gastric, breast cancers, and acute myeloid leukemia [1–3]. Here, ST6GAL1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
