In contrast, CD68+Arg1+ microglia accounted for 60.4 ± 5.18% and 46.2 ± 4.55% of total CD68+ microglia in the NPC-Astro group and Olig2PC-Astro group, respectively (n = 5 per group, p < 0.001 compared with vehicle, Figure 5N), indicating that the proportion of anti-inflammatory microglia among activated microglia had increased.
