Upon oxaliplatin treatment, PD-L1 knockdown CRC cells showed G2/M cell cycle arrest and increased cell apoptosis as demonstrated by reduced S phase, increased Caspase3/7 activity, and expression of proteins involved in cell proliferation (Cyclin D1, CDK4, and CDK6) (Figure S4C-E).
