Pre-treatment enhancement of responses to DC-targeted vaccination with the fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt3L) was evaluated in 60 patients with high-risk melanoma, who received poly-ICLC and anti-DEC-205-NY-ESO-1 vaccine (CDX-1401), a fusion antibody targeting CD205 linked to NY-ESO-1, with or without Flt3L [75]. This evidence concerns the gene FLT3LG and melanoma.
