The results showed the drug-resistant mice injected with EVs and cisplatin exhibited significantly elevated miR-18a-5p, diminished NACC1 mRNA, p-AKT, and p-mTOR, and reduced tumorigenesis ability, tumor volume and weight (all P < 0.01), and decreased number of lung metastatic nodules. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and neoplasm.
