FBXO7 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: Our studies to identify the binding partners and substrates of Fbxo7 revealed an overlapping set of candidates that were identified as cyclin D3/Cdk6 substrates, including PFKP, the prominent PFK1 isoform expressed in T-ALL cells (Anders et al., 2011; Stott et al., 2019; Teixeira et al., 2016).
