Given that PD-L1 and IL-10 are essential for the role of M2 macrophages in tumor progression and their positive correlation with CXCL14, we further demonstrated that M2 macrophage markers CD206 and IL-10 were decreased, whereas M1 macrophage markers CD64 and M1 cytokines TNF-α were increased in M0 macrophages with CXCL14 knockdown.
