The results exhibited strong positive relations with IRAK1 expression in multiple cancer types, including BLCA, BRCA, GBM, KIRC, KIRP, LGG, PCPG, and UVM, suggesting that a high IRAK1 expression might predict the better therapeutic efficacy of immunotherapy in targeting immune checkpoint genes (Figure 6A). This evidence concerns the gene IRAK1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
