Therefore, the present study established a nude mice model of lung cancer bone metastasis as the research objective and explored the mechanisms of action of ICA in the nude mice model of lung cancer bone metastasis based on a series of cytokines that play major roles in osteoclast formation (namely, osteoprotegerin (OPG)/receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-Β ligand (RANKL)/receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-Β (RANK)).
