In addition, to further understand the function of SLC35F2 in the formation and development of PCa, we knocked down SLC35F2 expression and found that downregulation of SLC35F2 increased the sensitivity of PCa to cisplatin and thus inhibited the proliferation and metastasis of PCa cells, indicating that SLC35F2 may inhibit the cisplatin sensitivity of PCa cells. This evidence concerns the gene SLC35F2 and posterior cortical atrophy.
