Four lipid metabolism–related genes, including ITGB1, HSP90AA1, CCND1, and HSPA8, are found to be the key genes that participate in the occurrence and development of AF through metabolic reprogramming via regulating Twist1, Snai2, PRKAB2, EGR1, and BMP2. The gene discussed is HSPA8; the disease is atrial fibrillation.
