In order to clarify the molecular mechanism of ENTPD5 in ovarian cancer(OC), we first evaluated the ENTPD5 expression levels in OC and normal fallopian tube tissues (FT), the results from qRT-PCR showed that the mRNA levels of ENTPD5 were significantly higher in OC tissues than in FT tissues (Fig. 1A, p < 0.05). Here, ENTPD5 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
